A successful model is abducted by a sadistic madman, who holds her hostage in his underground lair and forces her to make her way through a maze of cruel and twisted torments. As she struggles to cling to sanity, she crosses paths with a man - another kidnapped victim - and the pair join forces in a frantic bid to escape.
